1.5 cup Mango Puree

2 pack Jersey All Purpose Cream

0.25 cup Powdered Sugar

Cream Cheese

Lady Finger Biscuit
Instructions
Blend the mango chunks until puree
Whip/blend Cream Cheese and Powdered Sugar
Add 2 Jersey APC and whip‘till it double in size and smooth
Coat the lady finger biscuit in the mango puree and put it in the container of choice and layer the mango puree
Layer the mango puree
Put the blended mixture on top
Repeat step 4 to 6 ‘till container is full
• Spread Jersey Mango Condensed on top
Put in the freezer for 3 hours
Serve after 3 hours. Try niyo na!
