2 pcs Medium Sized Whole Eggs

250 g All Purpose Flour

15 g Baking Powder

3 g Salt

2 L Water

100 g Chopped Dried Mangoes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Sift the dry ingredients and set aside. In an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then add the Jersey Mango Sweetened Condensed Creamer.
Fold in the dry ingredients until no lumps remain, then add the water and mix until well combined.
Top with dried mango bits and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until lightly browned on the outside.
