Ingredients

1 pack Jersey All Purpose Cream

3 tbsp cooking oil

1 tbsp curry powder

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 pc chopped onion

1 pc ginger
-
1 pc sliced red bell pepper

1 pc cubed potato
-
1 kg Chicken (cut into pieces)

1 cup water
-
1 pc chopped siling labuyo

fish sauce, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the cooking oil and set all ingredients aside before cooking.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant and translucent.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
Stir in the curry powder and cook for 1–2 minutes to bring out the flavor.
Add the potatoes and carrots, then pour in water or chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken and vegetables are tender.
Add the coconut milk and mix well. Simmer for another 5–10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
